Hey guys, has anyone had such an "adventure" where they have lost the signals of their drone? And if so, how helpful are DJI? Will they replace the drone?
I dont think they would. I havent had such an adventure but from what I understand, why would they reimburse you for your mistake?
Over on the DJI forums there are a few instances where they have replaced drones that fell in the water and such so..... Its a possibility
Did you synchronise your flight records? You can try contacting support with flight records.
DJI should definitely replace the drone if there was a defect in their product. If there wasnt a problem with the product, what are u whining about?
Its the updates. Every new update brings a plethora of problems. I'd suggest calibrating after every new update
How can he have flight records or logs when he doesn't have the drone?
